Custom home builder · Metro Atlanta

Signature Homes by GP

  1. Off WordPress, onto something fast. The old WordPress site was replaced with a hand-built one on Cloudflare: no plugins to update, nothing to slow it down.
  2. Fourteen homes, each with its own page. A gallery of every residence, from Cape Cod to French chateau, with photos, style and location.
  3. Built to start conversations. Fifty years of experience and an OBIE Gold award on every page, and an inquiry form that lands in the office inbox.

Remodel, trim & paint · Metro Atlanta

Oak Construction Services

  1. One page, one phone number. Everything a homeowner needs on a single page, and a call bar that follows them on their phone.
  2. A new brand, carried through. The navy and gold of Oak's new badge, applied to every button, heading and section.
  3. Proof before promises. Twenty-two real job photos, sorted by trade, that open full screen with a tap.

SF Media

  1. The photos come first. A gallery that opens full screen, so the work sells itself before anyone reads a word.
  2. Two kinds of client, two paths. Shops and brands, and private owners, each get their own page and their own packages: the same setup a builder uses to split custom homes from remodels.
  3. Booking built in. The two-step quote form I'd build for you: it asks the right questions up front, so your first reply is a real answer.

How it works

A new site in about two weeks. Then it keeps working.

The build

  1. Day 1
    Discovery call

30–45 minutes on video about your business.

  2. Day 2
    Proposal

A fixed scope and price, in writing.

  3. Week 1
    Design

Your homepage first, for your sign-off.

  4. Week 2
    Build & review

Every page, then two rounds of revisions.

  5. About day 14
    Launch

Live on your domain, with a walkthrough video.

  6. 30 days later
    First report

Which leads came in and became jobs.

After launch: the proof engine

You keep finishing projects. On the Growth plan, each one becomes proof: on your site, on Google, and in a monthly report that shows what turned into work.

  1. 1

    You finish a job.

Send a few photos and a couple of lines from your phone. That's your part.

  2. 2

    It becomes a project page.

Published on your site with the photos, the scope and the neighborhood, where homeowners searching your area can find it.

  3. 3

It goes on your Google profile.

The same project is posted to your Business Profile, right where homeowners compare builders.

  4. 4

Your homeowner is asked for a review.

While the job is fresh and they're happiest with it.

  5. 5

You see what turned into jobs.

Once a month: leads by source, which ones became work, and whether you show up when homeowners ask AI tools for a builder.

  • Missed call? Instant text-back. Missed calls and form submissions get a text reply right away, so the lead doesn't move on to the next builder.
  • A monthly AI-search check. The searches your homeowners actually run, like "best remodeler in your town," checked in the main AI assistants and Google.
  • A cost-guide page every quarter. "What a bathroom remodel costs in your town," answered on your site, where search engines and AI tools look.

Pricing

Real prices. Two ways to pay. Yours either way.

Essential

A sharp, fast site for an established business.

  • Client portals and project tracking
  • Booking, financing or CRM connections
  • Large portfolios and lot listings

  • Uptime and security monitoring
  • Backups
  • Form and email troubleshooting

Partner

$449/mo

Month to month

  • Everything in Growth
  • A new page every month
  • Form and call-to-action improvements
  • Priority turnaround
  • A monthly call

Pay for Growth or Partner a year up front and save about 10%. Two rounds of revisions are included with every build; anything beyond the agreed scope is quoted before it's done.

What you can count on

  • You own it.

Pay once and it's yours from launch day. Pay monthly and it's yours after the twelfth payment. No rented sites, no buyouts.

  • Nothing from a template.

Every site is designed around your work, your area and the homeowners you want to hear from.

  • Fast on a phone.

Most homeowners look you up on a phone first. Your site has to load before they give up and call the next name on the list.

  • One person, start to finish.

The person on your audit call is the person who designs, builds and looks after your site.

FAQ

Questions builders ask.

Something else? Ask it on your audit call. There's no pitch deck.

What's in the free audit?

One page about your current website, or your Google listing if you don't have a site: how fast it loads on a phone, how it looks and works there, what homeowners look for that's missing (a gallery, reviews, an easy way to ask for a quote), and how you compare with your strongest local competitor. Next to each problem is what I'd do about it. We go through it on a 30-minute video call, and the report is yours to keep.

Is the audit really free?

Yes. No charge and no obligation. If you'd rather fix things yourself, or with someone else, the report is still yours.

Do I really own the site?

Yes. Pay once and it's yours at launch. Pay monthly and it transfers to you after the twelfth payment, or sooner if you pay off the balance early. There's no buyout fee and no license to keep renewing.

How long does it take?

About two weeks for Essential and Signature, from the discovery call to launch. Custom projects take longer, and the proposal gives you a date before you commit.

What do you need from me?

A discovery call, your best project photos, and quick replies at two points: when the homepage design is ready, and at each revision round. Signature includes help writing the copy, so you don't need to arrive with words.

We're not in your area. Does that matter?

No. Everything happens by video call, phone and email, so it works the same in any state.

What happens if I stop a monthly plan?

Your site keeps running and stays yours. Every plan is month to month, so you can stop any time. If you chose to pay monthly, you're locked into 12 months of the plan you picked, and stopping early means the rest of the balance is due.

Why not just use Wix or Squarespace?

You can. A template gets you a page with your name on it. A custom site is designed around the jobs you want more of, loads fast on a phone, and keeps adding proof every month. For a builder, one extra project a year usually covers it many times over.

Can you work with my existing domain?

Yes. The site launches on your own domain and hosting account. If you already have a site, the move is planned so nothing breaks and search rankings carry over.

Free website audit

See what I'd change before you spend a dollar.

Before we talk, I go through your website, or your Google listing if you don't have a site yet, and put what I find on one page: what's costing you quote requests, what I'd do about each problem, and how you compare with your strongest local competitor. We go through it together on a 30-minute video call, and the report is yours to keep, whether or not we work together.

  1. 1Request it

Takes about two minutes, right here.

  2. 2I review your site

Phone speed, layout, what's missing, and your top competitor.

  3. 3We go through it

On a 30-minute video call. The report is yours to keep.
